HS Club promotion: terms and conditions

No purchase necessary. Entry is free.

1. Promoter

H S MOTORS (VIC) PTY LTD, ABN 85 110 225 271, trading as H S Motors & Auto Electrics, 1/23 Oban Road, Ringwood VIC 3134 (the promoter). Name and ABN verified on the Australian Business Register, 26 Oct 2026.

2. Who can enter

Residents of Australia aged 18 or over. One membership per person. Staff of the promoter, and the households of staff, are excluded. Entrants confirm on the form that they are 18 or over and give a suburb and postcode so residency can be checked.

3. Entry period

Entries open: 28 October 2026. Entries close: 11:59 am AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026. Draw 1: Saturday 31 October 2026 (Halloween). Draw 2, the final draw: Monday 30 November 2026. All times are Melbourne time (AEDT). Entries received for Draw 1 stay in and roll into Draw 2.

The final draw is held at 12:00 pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026, one minute after entries close, so every valid entry is in it.

4. How to enter

Free entry, no purchase necessary. Join the HS Club on the HS Motors Halloween page: say whether you are an existing HS Motors customer, an existing HS Auto Parts customer or new to HS, answer the about-you questions, then complete the form. Members who are already on the list use the same form to update their details. Joining the HS Club is how you enter, and joining includes receiving HS Motors and HS Auto Parts emails (section 9). Every HS Club member goes into both prize draws, 31 Oct 2026 and 30 Nov 2026, plus the spot mystery draws throughout November.

5. Member rewards (not chance)

Every person who joins or updates their details gets the same member reward, whatever they answer on the form: HS Auto Parts club first-purchase voucher: $20 off when you spend over $200, or $50 off when you spend over $500. One per member, for the first purchase at hsautoparts.com.au. It is not drawn, not random and not a prize. Any condition not set out here (expiry, whether it can be combined with other offers) is per the conditions published at https://hsautoparts.com.au/hs-motors-join-the-club/. The voucher is offered by H S MOTORS (VIC) PTY LTD trading as HS Auto Parts, ABN 85 110 225 271.

6. Draws (chance)

Only the prize draws (31 Oct 2026 and 30 Nov 2026) and the spot mystery draws involve chance. Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection.

Prizes.

• Draw 1, Saturday 31 October 2026: Fast & Furious 25th Anniversary Die-Cast Collectors Set (valued at under $100 (RRP)).
• Draw 2, Monday 30 November 2026: Roadvision LED Driving Lights 9" Combo Beam Pair Set 240W 12V 24V (RRP $399), and 2-IN-1 HANDHELD DUST BLOWER & VACUUM 150W BRUSHLESS MOTOR (RRP $141).

Total prize pool: $540 for the two Draw 2 prizes, plus the Draw 1 prize (valued at under $100 (RRP)). Prizes cannot be exchanged or taken as cash.

Draw method. Each draw is a random selection from the HS Club entries Google Sheet, with test rows excluded. It is held at HS Motors & Auto Electrics, 1/23 Oban Road, Ringwood VIC 3134, at 12:00 pm AEDT on the draw date. It is conducted by Mick with one independent witness, and the draw is recorded. Draw 1 uses valid entries received before the draw. Draw 2 uses all valid entries received before the draw, including those carried over from Draw 1. A person can win both draws: a Draw 1 winner stays in Draw 2, and there is no limit of one prize per person.

Spot mystery draws. Details of any spot mystery draw (date, prize and how it is drawn) will be published on this page before that draw takes place.

7. Winners

Winners are contacted by phone or email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner’s first name and suburb are published on the HS Motors Facebook page within 7 days of the draw. A winner has 14 days to claim the prize. If it is not claimed in that time, it is redrawn from the remaining valid entries at the same place and time (12:00 pm AEDT), 14 days after the original draw. Prizes are collected from HS Motors & Auto Electrics, 1/23 Oban Road, Ringwood VIC 3134, within 30 days of the winner being contacted, or posted free within Australia.

8. Records kept

Each entry is kept with a unique reference, the time of entry, your about-you answers, the member reward, and the time and wording of each consent. Records of each draw (the entries drawn, the time, the witness and the result) are kept as the law requires. Entries are stored in HS Motors’ Google Workspace account and kept for 12 months after the promotion closes, then deleted, except the contact details of members, which are kept while they remain in the HS Club.

9. Privacy collection notice and consent

Your details are held by H S MOTORS (VIC) PTY LTD, ABN 85 110 225 271, trading as H S Motors & Auto Electrics and as HS Auto Parts, and used for the promotion and, with your consent, marketing emails.

The details you give (name, contact details, suburb, postcode, vehicle and servicing answers) are collected by the promoter to run the promotion, set your member reward, run the draws and contact winners. If you do not give them you cannot enter. Your details are used only by H S MOTORS (VIC) PTY LTD (trading as H S Motors & Auto Electrics and HS Auto Parts) and are never sold. They are stored with Google and, later, our email software provider, whose servers may be located outside Australia. Joining the HS Club includes receiving emails from HS Motors and HS Auto Parts. The first screen of the form says so beside the Join the HS Club button (“Join the HS Club to get your member reward and our emails. Unsubscribe any time.”), and clicking that button is your express consent, recorded with its time, source and wording version. There is no pre-ticked box. Every email carries a working unsubscribe link, or call 03 9879 1412. Unsubscribing does not affect your membership, your entries or a reward you have claimed. SMS is separate: it is sent only if you tick the optional SMS box and give a mobile. Texts are sent by HS Motors, up to 4 a month, about offers, draws and reminders. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
